Born in 1973. Doctor in Law and Social Sciences, University of the Republic, Montevideo, 1998.

Master in Corporate Law, University of Montevideo, 2000.

Studied Corporate Law and International Transactions under the US legal System, Boston University.

Professor of Commercial Law in the School of Law of the University of the Republic of Uruguay.

Participated as Professor of Corporate Law, Banking and Customs Systems of Foreign Trade at the Universidad de la Empresa and International Transactions in the Custom Brokers Association. Published several articles and participated locally and abroad in several postgraduate courses and scientific events in business and corporate law, foreign trade, alternative dispute resolutions, and related matters, both as a participant and a speaker.

Deep experience in corporate law, commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, competence and International transactions. He has had active participation providing advice and leading teams in different types of projects mainly related to the area of infrastructure, telecommunications, energy, retail, real estate, textile industry and agribusiness. He also has had active participation in several alternative disputes resolutions methods in domestic and international transactions.

Member of Uruguayan and International Bar Association (IBA) and Commercial Law Institute.
